Didn't go as well as I wanted even after two days of slackerdom to rest up! 3x7min at tempo power and higher cadence. Then 3x5min at high power, low cadence. I picked the course because I thought the hill at the end would be good to force low cadence but it ended up not matching the intervals well and the grades were uber steep up then uber steep down so I wasn't really being consistent during that part. HR monitor not working again so I am missing that data...It would have been interesting to see what it got too on that super steep section. Pretty sure I maxed it out.
