No GPS so mapped route. This was pretty tough. I did a loop that started and ended at Metcalf park which included climbing the non-steep side of Metcalf. I can't believe that people do this the other way around! I was freaked out on the steep downhill of Metcalf and can't imagine sucessfully going up it yet from that direction. :( Anyway, the route was a 6 mile warm up on the flat Coyote Creek trail. Thence, Hellyer - Dove - Hassler. Hassler had a pretty big hill (level 4 according to ACTC). Hassler - Silver Creek Valley - Farnsworth (bike trail had crazy little hill at the start) - San Felipe (a long steady climb at another level 4) - Metcalf - back to start.
Need to continue to work hills into my rides and channel Froomey and Warren Barguil LOL.
