Kremlin and I braved the heat and slogged through this one. Actually he got enthused on the downhill on Camden when he saw the short running man and bolted towards him. It took a lot of "Easy boy" and arm strength to keep him in check. Then at the same time a guy and his Samoyed were coming up on the sidewalk from the opposite direction. The Sammy lunged at Kremlin just as we were passing the other runner (he was running in the bike line on the road). I veered Kremlin off into the grass next to the fence and we somehow scooted by without much more kerfuffle. Whew!
