Notes

Switched workouts around a bit this week. Did the McCarthy build up which consisted of 6 intervals with varying power targets, around and over FTP. Not nearly as hard as those workouts last week so hopefully I can build on it. Concentrated on keeping higher cadence with the medium high wattage sections and staying seated if possible.
