Week 4 Day 2 Sprint Training
5-6x200m @ 80-85% of time trial pace with 3-5 min rest
Did yesterday's workout today and today's workout yesterday as a doggie run, unless I decide to add a circuit later in the week.
Ended up doing 7x200m @ 80-85% to TT pace with 3 min rest. Wanted to extend on the last session of 200s even though I am repeating week 4.
Knee felt ok during but now is sore afterwards. Heel felt ok during workout once warmed up. Glad to get it done and make a tiny bit of progress.
