Notes

At the Bay trail. Included 16x60-200m strides working on turnover, form, getting on toes. Felt like shit at the start of this run because of terrible sleep again. By the end I was feeling energized. Tried out new shoes - Brooks Pure Connect. These are good shoes for feeling faster. Surprisingly they also did ok on the gravel. I'll give them another try in a day or so - the heel is a lot lower than I usually wear so I probably should be cautious.
