Very difficult ride again. Not sure if it was the hill or just me! Workout was 3x50m sprints, then 20 minutes zone 2, then 3x5min above FTP with 5min btw. Finally 2x2min at VO2 max. Failed miserably on the VO2max part. My legs did NOT have it today.

Interesting desert-y course in Dubai.
