Early morning Kremlin trot. He tried to bite the leash again.
My heel is feeling not good this morning and also I had a Charlie horse last night in my rt calf so it is knotted up and sore. My body is a complete wreck lately. Will have to push the track workout to tomorrow lest I risk hurting something else! Argh.
