Kremlin is teaching me to sprint. He was loving the cooler weather, and full of energy and enthusiasm. I tried to keep up with his fast running for longer stretches, and he tolerated running longer by easing up after his fartlek intervals. Then he got a bit wild towards the end. He was so amped up that he started chasing...cars and a dog. Oops. Not too many doggie stops otherwise.
