20 lap warmup with the sprinters. I beat one guy at the end sprint lap so maybe I am getting better or was just lucky tonight that he wasn't on his game. Ha!

Workout was more focused on hard sprinting. A couple of lap wind up then 2 hard laps in the sprinters lane followed by easy lap on the apron repeated 2x. A couple of laps on the blue line then two lap effort on the rail repeated 2x. Then a couple of laps easy followed by a flying 500m all out. Felt pretty good about the work put in and almost ready to try a bigger gear but I need to get a good check on my cadences before I do that. Just got a cadence meter so will test it out on the rollers later.
