Started the 4 week hill climbing booster on Fulgaz. This workout was 9x2 min over FTP, 3 min under FTP. Hard. I still am dealing with lingering Covid and am pretty out of shape from not doing any real workouts in the past couple of weeks. Barely noticed the pretty hill except to see the many runners going up and down. I was struggling today.
