Week 2 Day 5 Sprint Training
2x3-4x300m @ 70, 75,75,80% with 60-90s btw and 2-4 btw sets
Opted for 2x3x300m with 60s btw and 3 min btw sets.
Still having trouble pushing off rt ball of foot so kept these well under maximal effort (as prescribed). Not really dialed into the workout though. Instead of speeding up they were slowing down. Grrr. I was dreading this workout because of the short recoveries. 300m felt "long". Still, it was good for me. Need to learn to feel the pacing more. Next time I do it, I must pay more attention to form and pace.
