Notes

Lactate pathway development #1. Workout was 3x (6 min sweet spot, 5 min FTP, 1.5 min max effort) with 5 min btw. This one was tough. I omitted it during the 1st and 2nd weeks (supposed to be Saturday's workout) so now am going to try and add them in each week either on Tuesday or Saturday most likely since it is after a rest day. Moved Tuesday's workout to Saturday.
