Did a different workout since my left knee is being a bit flaky. Decided to introduce plyos to work eventually on explosive power.
2 sets of
10xstepups each leg with weight increased by 5lbs from last time
10x quarter/half one legged squats bodyweight only. Not doing great with these.

10x box jumps
10x jumps of two to one leg on the box (each side)
