Did this session today to finish week 5. I was lame and skipped it on Saturday. Hoping I can catch myself up this week. This workout was really pretty difficult as some of the climbs were quite steep, and my cadence fell off when I had to stand. Kept the trainer at the same resistance but may bump it a couple of percent by the end of the week depending upon whether I can keep the cadence up where it needs to be. Glad to get it done and move on to week 6. :)
