That little doggie and I were refreshed from our day off yesterday. We went from the house to Quicksilver and ran the little dog loop in reverse, going up Mine trail first. He got super excited on the downhill, so I had to keep him from going into full on zoomies. We had a great, strong pace for the 2nd mostly downhill half of the run. Fun day.
