Notes
The 5 mile loop + the little loop + xtra. Rainy misty weather. Felt like I couldn't breathe due to the humidity. Having a hard time getting going. Included 4 strides because I was just going so slow it was annoying. I am calling it a success because it got me to 50 miles again this week.
