Week 4 Day 5 Sprint Training

6-8x200m at 80-85% of TT pace, 3 min recoveries.

I found that 6 reps were enough for today. This went mostly ok. Worked hard. Amazing how 200m feels long when you don't pace the first 100m correctly. LOL. Knee and heel ok during, sore afterwards. Calf ok. Kept to the 3 min recoveries mainly except for a couple where I needed to get going to avoid traffic.
