Nike Free Run 5 (White&Grey)
From Mom&Dad's to the trail, up the trail a ways and back. Ankles ok. Stiff for 3/4 of a mile. Now stiff again, many hours later. :( Run was very difficult because of the humidity and warm temps. Slow.
