Off road loop in South Africa. There were giraffes. Liking it. Workout was 3x3m lactate shuttling. I did this workout a few weeks ago and trouble with the "full gas" sections. I had the same problem today and was only able to hold the power for 9-11sec rather than the prescribed 20 sec. Still, it was marginally better than last time.
