Week 2 Day 5 Sprint Training
2x8x100m with 30s standing recoveries and 3 min between sets.
30s went by quickly. Got into an impromptu "race" with a random person on one of the 100m. He started to sprint as I was rolling into one of the repeats. Funny. Thank you random track man.
3 min cooldown walk and stretching afterwards.
