No gps so I don't know how far it was. The session lasted 2 hours. Great Ladies night at BVV. Fun group of serious women riders, many of whom race competitively. 30 lap paceline then various drills. 1st drill got us going up to the rail and windups for flying 200. First time at the rail on the steep bank so I was nervous, but by the end I was feeling more comfortable there. Then we did a slow paceline on the blue line. The first person in line would sprint off the front and try to catch the pack. Each person got to do it twice. This was extremely difficult for me. I am pretty slow still so it took me twice as long as the others to get back on. Oh well. practice makes perfect. Finally for a cooldown we tried to keep as close as possible to the black sprinters line for multiple laps.
