Workout was 2x8m :30 high power, :30 easy with 3 min btw. Since I haven't done one of these workouts in a couple of weeks I thought to start back with an easier and shorter variant. It still felt hard, but I was glad to get it accomplished. Legs felt a bit sore from yesterday's outdoor ride.
