Had to switch to erg mode because the route didn't sync up with the workout well. 5x1min at Vo2max then 2x15min at sweet spot with 3 min between. Didn't really like this workout. It was long and tedious, and the route wasn't really what I wanted or expected. Got it done anyway. Yay me.
