Notes

This is the 2nd FAIL at getting up Quimby from the steep side. I got up further this time but still not having the legs to get all the way to the top yet. So frustrating as I thought I was stronger than this. Garmin gave me "Overreaching" so I guess if nothing else, it was a good workout. I will make it up next time for sure.

Other notes: I like the descent on Clayton and Mt. Hamilton road. It is very pretty and not too steep.

Reached new max HR according to Garmin. Wow. Interesting.
