Difficult workout. 6x tempo intervals with 3 min between. The goal was to do low cadence higher power. The 5 min tempos were 1 min at 60cadence, 1 min 50cadence. 1 min 45 cadence, 1 min 50 cadence, 1 min 60 cadence. The power ended up being above prescribed because of the steepness of the hill. Got through it.
