Tried biking on these easy going trails. Didn't do anything "intermediate" like Lyon's back yet. Just did a couple of loops of Coyote Song - Valley View and a few other bits. Good workout but not as challenging as HR trails. Big snow/ice patch at the beginning but clear after that. Upper 30s... no other mtn bikers on the trail yet. Plenty of hikers, dog walkers and runners.
