Week 1 Day 2 Sprint Training

5-7x200m @ 80-85% with 3-5 min rest

I did 7x200m with 3 min rests.

Didn't feel all that fast even though I was working hard. Need to check Garmin paces. Heel was mostly ok. Bothering me a bit so I couldn't get too far up on the balls of my feet, but I have been trying not to get so far up anyway as it shortens the lever arm? Doing better on the 1st 3 steps and not popping upright immediately. Anyway, heel hurts now more after workout.
