Fog. In DC with Kenneth for his trip. Did this run by myself. Finally accomplished the tempo run, although the paces weren't great. Ran from hotel across bridge to Mt. Vernon trail, South along the trail then back. 1.5 mile warm up, 4.5 mile tempo, 1.5 mile cooldown.
