In DC for reunion. Cold and gloomy weather but nice for running. Shouldn't have had that drink last night as it + jet lag made for a difficult run. Pretty good despite that. Went from hotel to Roosevelt Island, did the little trail around the island, thence South on Mt. Vernon trail for a bit and back.
