Notes

@ Coyote Creek Trail, solo. 3-2-1 workout. Tried this one again. 1x3miles, 1x2miles and 1x1 mile. God this was hard but I freakin nailed it. Awesome. Progress has been made.

Notes: slept poorly last night because of some gut issues. I ate pancakes yesterday and wonder if the gluten threw off my system. Celiac blood test came back inconclusive at this point and will require a biopsy to confirm.
