Notes

Found a completely flat route to do today's workout. The main set was 3x5 minute high cadence, increased power pyramids. Started at 90-95 cadence then increased resistance by 1 click of the gears, retaining cadence for 1 minute. Did it a 2nd time. Then decreased 1 click on the way down, keeping cadence in appropriate range. 3 minute spins between. Went pretty well. Getting more in tune with the higher cadence to produce watts rather than muscling through.
