Flat course in Japan. High Cadence intervals workout. 10 min warmup, 2x standing starts, then 8x1 min at high cadence at PG-1 with 5 min easy spin between. It feels very unnatural to spin that fast and I have to focus to keep from coasting through part of the pedal stroke.
