Notes

Started new 8 week block of training. The workout was 3x10 min at tempo power, increasing the cadence of each segment. 75 rpm, 90 rpm then 105 rpm. It was difficult for me to hold 105 rpm especially with all of the hill mashing I have been doing lately. Good workout, although the cooldown unfortunately ended on an uphill.
