Week 4 Day 1 Sprint Training
4-5x30m starts (100m startline), 3min rest
4x40-60m starts (200m startline) 3-5min rest
Good workout today! I did 4x30m and 4x60m. Got better push off rt foot. Still somewhat painful but it is defn improving. Worked on not popping up too early and accelerating smoothly. Times better than last time I did this one. Yay.
Left quad better, almost unnoticeable. Rt heel still crap but getting better.
