Week 2 Day 4 Sprint Training

5x20m acceleration sprints from standing start at 95-100% with 2 min recoveries.

Dare I say that this went just a teensy bit better than last time. Focused on driving arms, getting up to speed quickly, keeping to center of lane. That first step is still weak. Maybe right foot forward on the line is best?
