Colder out this morning. My left knee and right heel were bothering me at the end, probably because of lack of good form and slowing way down. Going to stretch and roll IT band and calves. Other than this and a general lack of motivation, the run went alright. 4 "long" runs in 4 weeks. Woohoo. Keeping to the plan, mostly, except I have been putting these longer efforts consistently on Friday instead of Thursday.
