Week 5 Day 2 Sprint Training
Switched day 2 and 3 again bc I was afraid I was going to pull my lft quad more if I ran hard yesterday.
800m warmup, dynamic flex, drills (did some new drills) then 2x100m buildups
Rt knee fine, lft quad fine. Rt heel feels soooo much better today. Just a small bit of discomfort. Maybe my regimen is working?
