Hot. Got it done. Started at the Coyote Creek trail entrance in Morgan Hill. First climbed Thomas Grade, then climbed up to Henry Coe. Tough because it was hot and the road condition is pretty bad. The pavement is cracked and chunked up in many places. The last time I did this one, I didn't get quite all the way to the top (was close enough within 0.75 miles apparently), and it was nearly 20 degrees cooler. Saw a couple of cyclists coming down but I was solo going up. Saw a few cars, trucks and motorcycles. Saw a group at the picnic table near the ranger station. Otherwise, it was quiet. Just short of 3400' at 3396' according to Garmin.
