Starting week 7 even though I am short the Cap "Tormenter" workout from last week. I will either substitute it for the Volcano coming up or just not worry about it. This one was aptly named the "Hurt Box" because it really hurt. 5xinterval 4+ minute hills above FTP. Two of the hills had very steep gradients which required standing and my cadence dropped off badly. Got through it. Bumped the trainer resistance up by 1%. Only a few more % to go...Probably will stay here a while until I can prove that I can keep the cadence up where it needs to be.
