12xvia Campagna hill at 80-90%, jog down slowly, continuous run.

This went fairly well. Focused on drive and getting on balls of feet. Last interval was the best for getting on forefoot. Heel still gives a bit of trouble for extended sprints on balls of feet. This went better than last time I did this workout. Good to sprint again after a week off.
