Pushed this one from yesterday to today because of lack of sleep. Still tired when I got up but I needed to get it done. The workout was 3 x10 min but instead of constant power, alternating :30/1min or 1min/1min at 110%/90% FTP. It was hard to keep the under part of the over/under at the prescribed power towards the end, but otherwise ok. This DR pass is good because it has a reasonably steady grade to work on.
