Want to see how my ankles do with back to back running. Cold out 39-44 degrees. 3 laps warm up then stride the straights and jog the curves for 5 laps. Some mild pain in the first couple of laps then it disappeared. Some mild pain (level 2) directly afterwards. Now it is gone, hours later. Felt good to run "faster".
