Breakaway workout. Did this in erg mode for a change. This mode never feels like I get enough of a workout! I hit all of my power numbers, though, so it was in theory a success. The workout was 5x sprint into a breakaway. That is, 5x15s max power, followed by 2:45 at FTP with 5 min easy riding between.
