Workout was 2 times:

1:30 min Zone 5, RPE 8, cadence high

5 min Zone 4, RPE 6-7, cadence high

5 min Zone 2, RPE 3-4, cadence normal

It has been a long time since I have done this hill. I think the last time was when I first got the trainer and Fulgaz. It will be interesting to compare where I was then and where I am now. All it all, it was difficult but doable. Had to modify the "cadence high" to "cadence relatively high" due to climbing a huge hill.
