Notes

@ Coyote Creek Trail. I knew this run would be hard when I could still feel soreness in my legs in the first ten miles. And those miles were into the wind. Got it done, though, and the pace was stronger than last time I did 20. The last miles were super hard as always but I didn't get the huge pace hit like normal. Nice.

notes: tried new fueling strategy. Drank 8oz of Gen UCAN before running. Still brought Gatorade and water but didn't start to need it until mile 10. Felt like it worked since I didn't get a huge change in pace after the halfway mark like the past long runs.
