Notes
Overcast and humid to start. Warmed up quickly as the sun came out. Nice when I got on the shaded Randol trail. Saw 2 people on Randol trail which is unusual. Also went further up the hill so I didn't have to add any pavement running to get to 9. Was closer to 9.5 today. A lot of people out. Saw a coyote on the entrance to the trail. He just ran across the path and didn't want any trouble.
