Week 1 Day 1 Fall Sprint Training
800m warmup, dynamic flexibility, drills, 2x100m buildups
Did a ton of drills and also added plyos today. Box jumps (to low step in the fitness area of the track) 2 footed x 10
also 1x10 each side two to one foot
Went ok. Heel more rested but still not completely better.
