3 early morning miles with Kremlin. The first mile was slow because of nature and him being crazy going after cars on Camden again. Then we picked up the pace. Tried out new Nike Vomero with 10mm drop as per doctor recommendation. They felt ok. Heel still hurt during first mile quite a bit then evened out after that. After the run we saw a tiny screech owl by the big rocks in the park. Kremlin wanted to sit and watch it for a while so I obliged him.
