@ Coyote Creek trail solo. Windy as crap today. Felt like I was going to get blown over sometimes. At least it was a tailwind on the way back. Feeling even more out of shape than before. Frustrating. At least the ankles didn't act up. Could things really be getting better finally? Will see what it is like tomorrow.
